This is Ironhead Forge’s take on the legendary M3 combat knife—built bigger, tougher, and with a whole lot more attitude.
Inspired by the original WWII M3, this version keeps the proven design where it matters… and improves everything else. The blade is forged from what I call Ghost Damascus—a layered mix of 1095, 15N20, and reclaimed drilling rod, twisted and forged to create a subtle, haunting pattern that shifts in the light.
This isn’t a wall hanger.
This is a working blade built to be used, maintained, and passed down.
The handle stays true to the classic stacked leather design, but with deep-cut grooves for a solid grip when things get less than ideal. Finished with a hot blued gloss, giving it a dark, aggressive look that stands out from standard finishes.
